Model B signs the Texas Student Privacy Alliance's standard agreement — the TX-NDPA — with every district we serve. It's the same template your legal and procurement teams already recognize, so there's nothing to negotiate from scratch.
Model B's Exhibit A (services and data description) and Exhibit F (cybersecurity framework) are prepared and ready to execute. Once we've signed the full agreement with an originating Texas district, any additional district can join under the same terms by countersigning Exhibit E — no new review required.
